At the East Northport Jewish Center, the slogan, "Help is just a phone call away," comes to life every day and in every way.
This dedicated group helps congregants in many, many ways, including contacting and visiting our congregants, assisting during the time of illness and death, arranging and supplying transportation to doctors and hospitals, and delivering Shabbat meals during illness and shivas.
The Chesed volunteers are always ready, willing and exceptionally able to help whenever and wherever they are needed.
